Chef Frank Anderson and the Noble Rice team will be preparing four courses, each with a Highball pairing that has been expertly crafted to enhance and compliment each dish, while Beam Suntory Highball Specialist, PJ Smerechansky, provides highball education. Includes a take home gift from the House of Suntory. Menu highlights: Bluefin Tuna, Ora King Salmon, Karaage Chicken Sandwich and a Seasonal Dessert.
