We acknowledge the land we live and work on; the Haldimand Tract, colonially known as Kitchener - Waterloo, in Canada. Our cuisine is inspired by carefully sourced boutique wines and drinks. The farms that surround us and the experiences and ideas of our staff. As our dining room is quite small, and in high demand, we do have time constraints for your reservation.
