join us for a spirited gathering in an ongoing tasting + education series, dram sessions, led by our gm billy weston where we delve into the intricacies of japanese + world spirits. komé shochu is one of the most ubiquitous of japanese beverages right alongside sake + green tea. this style of shochu is a great introduction into the category for first timers. we will serve two dishes designed to complement the food + inspired by these drams.
