HOST FISHERMAN: Peter Halmay | Tuna Harbor Dockside Market
GUEST CHEF: Brian Redzikowski | Kettner Exchange
At Tuna Harbor, the Pacific meets the pier, and for one evening, the wharf is ours. The air smells of salt and morning catch, the waters shimmer under the setting sun, and the chatter of a working harbor drifts across the table. No grand spectacle is needed—the sights, sounds, and sunset are enough.
Guest Chef Brian Redzikowski will take the day’s bounty and turn it into playful, globally inspired dishes that honor the ocean and the people who bring it to shore. His creativity never eases to delight us, and now the wharf becomes his stage once more.
This event also celebrates the work of Fisherman Pete, whose advocacy helped pass legislation making California’s dockside markets possible, ensuring that fresh, local seafood could reach communities far and wide. Between courses, local fishermen will share the stories behind their catch—tales of tides, tradition, and life on the water—bringing a unique rhythm and humor to the evening.
