Ox + Tiger is a Filipino and Japanese now restaurant curated by Chefs EJ Macayan and Hitomi Wada. While living in Chicago, the two sparked the idea of taking the abundant influences of the Philippines flavors and the delicacies of Japanese cuisine to create new and familiar flavors to share.
