Part of the beauty for RPM comes from our regenerative farm led by Shane. Our large experimental garden is now going strong in its 8th summer season! It now encompasses a huge range of species that include native and non-native edible plants, unusual herbs and unexpected flower species and vegetables sourced from all over. Come do a deep dive and meet some very cool plants in a garden unlike any other, learn about some of their traditional and contemporary uses. Working with RPM to bring you the fresh & flavorful produce grown as sustainably as possible. Join Shane through the garden, sample some ingredients straight from the ground.
Note: Guests should arrive prepared to be outside, with appropriate footwear for walking on uneven ground. Hats, sunscreen and sunglasses are recommended, as well as a light layer in case the temperature falls. We will provide garden tools, but guests may bring their own garden gloves if desired. Please include details on personal dietary restrictions and allergies when booking.
