From Pennyroyal Farm’s barn, cheesemaker and herd manager, Erika McKenzie-Chapter will offer an exclusive look inside the dairy herd’s “maternity leave.” Owner and winemaker Sarah Cahn Bennett will also join in from the home ranch, Navarro Vineyards, for a “field lambing” comparison and how the season’s newest members from barn and field are integral to regenerative farming. A live Q&A will follow.

Though this not a tasting event, we will be referencing our farmstead’s aged cheeses featured in a seasonal sampler, The Corners, and our vineyards that produce their ideal wine pairings, highlighted in the wine pack, Plenty Rouge. We still recommend prepping your own cheese board and pouring yourself a fine glass of wine for enjoyment during the event, and of course, will answer any questions regarding our cheese and wine during the Q&A.
