Chef Thomas Keller and Per Se welcome Lucia Cho and Chef Byoung-Jin Kim of GAON, South Korea's three-Michelin starred restaurant for a special dinner in the Main Dining Room. Each ticket includes a canapé and cocktail reception, followed by a Six Course Tasting Menu created by Per Se's Chef de Cuisine Corey Chow and GAON's Executive Chef Byoung-Jin Kim, with a curated wine pairing by Beverage Director Michel Couvreux featuring Dom Pérignon and Château d'Yquem at $700 per guest.
