Wednesday Night Farm to Table Dinners (May - August) 2025
Dine with us on the farm and experience the pleasures of eating locally. Our culinary team, led by Executive Chef Garron Sanchez will create a multi-course, slow-food meal that showcases the best of Central Illinois agriculture. The vegetables, herbs, and fruits served are grown organically on our farm or from neighboring farms; we also use our farm's artisan, handcrafted cheeses and freshly baked bread.
Your evening will start at 5pm with an outdoor golden hour. Our full bar will be open and features local beers, a select wine list, along with hand crafted cocktails and mocktails. At 6pm you are invited to join an optional farm tour before we sit down to enjoy a four to six-course meal between 6:30 and 7pm. Our meal will conclude around 9pm. Our bar remains open until 10pm for any guests who would like to enjoy a digestif or coffee and watch the stars light up our prairie skies.
While we understand that dietary preferences and restrictions can vary, please note that our Farm-to-Table dinners feature prix fixe menus that our chef carefully curates to provide a unique and cohesive dining experience. As such, we are unable to offer substitutions for these events. As we are a working dairy, we are unable to accommodate vegan requests. We invite our vegetarian guests to join us select Wednesdays each month for our vegetarian Famer's Market Basket series. Gluten, nut and shellfish allergies are easily accommodated with 7 days advance notice
Dinner tickets include non-alcoholic beverages. Wine, beer, and cocktails are available for purchase at the farm, or you can add a beverage pairing to your meal that includes a welcome cocktail and pours of paired wines with dinner.
An 18% service charge will be added to your dinner purchase. This charge supports wages and benefits for the entire farm team, including the culinary team serving you at Caprae, the dairy team caring for our goats and land, and the creamery team behind our award-winning cheeses.
