Join us at Caprae for a four-course dinner paired with sparkling wines from MAWBY Winery.
Michael Laing, owner of MAWBY and bigLITTLE wineries, will be present to guide you through each pairing and share the craft behind Michigan's most celebrated sparkling wines.
The Caprae team has created a seasonal menu designed to highlight the range and versatility of MAWBY's portfolio, from traditional méthode champenoise to unexpected sparkling expressions made from northern Michigan grapes.
