Join us at Punk Noir for an exceptionally intimate evening celebrating the wines of Billecart-Salmon, one of Champagne’s most storied houses and the release of their 2015 Nicolas Francois. Hosted by managing director Alex Bader whom will present each champagne and talk about the Billecart-Salmon estate.
James Beard Award–winning Chef RJ Cooper will present a 10-course tasting menu, thoughtfully created to accompany a progression of six Billecart-Salmon Champagnes—from Le Réserve and Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru to exceptional vintage selections including Le Rosé 2015 and Nicolas François 2015.
With only 20 seats available, this is designed to be an intimate, one-night-only experience where the food and Champagne share the spotlight.
