Hypnotic Tonic is the psychedelic indie dance project of Rochester artist and producer Kevin Spath. Blending groove-driven bass lines, shimmering synths, and dreamy vocals, the sound sits between indie disco, nu-disco, and psychedelic soul, drawing inspiration from Franc Moody, Jungle, Roosevelt, and Parcels. The music pairs hypnotic grooves with introspective themes, similar to Tame Impala and Men I Trust, of love, nostalgia, and personal growth.
