We create craft ramen in the Rio Grande Valley, using traditional Japanese methods and making everything from scratch—from the soup and dashi to the noodles. Our passion for ramen runs deep (we could eat it every day!), and our goal is to bring the authentic taste of Japanese ramen to the Rio Grande Valley with our own unique twist.
