Our mission is to empower the culinary community. We hand-select emerging talents from Michelin-starred restaurants, including Blue Hill, Carbone, Eleven Madison Park, Gramercy Tavern, Noma, and Per Se, and provide them with the infrastructure to host ‘pop-up'-style events.
