Class is in session for the 5th annual Social Club "Consensus" Blending Workshop, where we’ll craft the 2024 Consensus Reserve Pinot Noir together!
Each year, Erich handpicks a selection of barrels for the Social Club to sample, blend, and vote on, ultimately deciding what will go into this small-lot, reserve Pinot Noir exclusive to the club. At the workshop, you’ll step into the shoes of a winemaker and create your own unique blend to present to the group—who knows, yours might be the one the club chooses!
This is a great chance to learn the true art--and challenges--of winemaking.
Charcuterie will be offered, but not until we are done blending! (You don't want to ruin your palate!)
And, when we are done making wine, we will sit back and enjoy it! Past Consensus bottlings will be on hand to taste, and to purchase. We're building a library!

OUT OF STATE GUESTS:
