Michelin Chef Michael Carranza of Austin's Tare joins the Rye team for this one night only, 12 course omakase experience. His bold take on Japanese cuisine with a Texan accent pushes omakase in a new, refreshing direction and the Rye team is excited to host him.
The menu will include 6 of Chef Carranza's most popular dishes and 6 new dishes from the Rye team made in an omakase style. There will also be selected sake chosen by Tare's team and featured cocktails from that of Rye's.
