In this hands-on class, you’ll discover the secrets of selecting the best meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, and accompaniments, and how to arrange them artfully on a board. Our expert instructor will guide you through the process, sharing tips on portioning, pairing, and presentation that will elevate your charcuterie game.
Each ticket will include:

Check-in at 5:30pm at the Tasting Room host stand. The class will run from approximately 6:00pm-7:00pm. We encourage you to make your dinner reservations for our last seating at 7:00pm when the workshop concludes.
