What started out as a small eau de vie distillery in 1982 has since grown to become one of the country’s most prolific and innovative craft spirit producers, as its four James Beard Awards nominations attest.
For this exclusive one-night-only dinner in Sepia’s intimate Deardorff Lounge, Chefs Andrew Zimmerman and Adam Zoscsak collaborated with Meicher to create a four-course cocktail-paired dinner that highlights the complex flavors of St. George’s spirits. Master distiller Lance Winters, the creative voice behind St. George Spirits, will be on hand to discuss his passion for creating spirits that beguile the palate and capture the imagination.
