Six Test Kitchen is an intimate dining experience located in Tin City of Paso Robles, seating only twelve guests Wednesday through Saturday. We offer one multiple course tasting menu evolving with and inspired by the seasons here on the Central Coast.

Reservations are released at 9:00 am on the first day of each month for the following month. **Due to the complexity of our menu, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE VEGAN, VEGETARIAN, PESCATARIAN, GLUTEN FREE OR DAIRY FREE DIETS **If you have an allergy, please email to let us know upon booking. Any allergy not disclosed within 24 hours of the reservation will not be accommodated. Most singular food allergies are able to be accommodated, but not guaranteed. **Corkage is $50 per 750ml bottle, two bottle maximum. We do not allow children under the age of 10. Due to the limited seating and so as not to interfere with the experience of other guests dining in the restaurant, any party larger than six is treated as a buyout and required to purchase all 12 seats and is subject to a beverage minimum. We also ask that guests not book separate parties in hopes of being seated together as we cannot guarantee the availability for the seating time requested.
