Lunch at Somm’s Kitchen:
Champagne + Alta Colina Lunch
Join us as we celebrate generations of winemaking with bubbles. I will pour 4 different examples from the Champagne region. We will taste examples from the popular Tête de Cuvees to very small grower-producers. Then we will move to the wonderful wines of local favorite Alta Colina, enjoying 5 wines from the most recent release of their estate vineyard. I will prepare a 6-course lunch to share per couple.
