Burgundy Trip
We will check in to the Hostellerie de Levernois and Spa. This hotel is based in the countryside central to the region. Throughout the week will visit and taste some of the smaller wineries in region. The goal is to really begin to understand the differences within the tapestry of Burgundy. We will visit 2 wineries a day. Then go relax at the wonderful hotel. Each night we will eat at different Michelin rated restaurants and others that have inspired me over the years.
As always, I am happy to share my experiences with everyone. The price is 9,500 per person which includes hotel, tastings, dinners, and limos all week. I will collect a 1000 deposit per person now and then 2,000 per person in the coming days to secure all the rooms.
