Mirande (Relais & Châteaux and Michelin Restaurant) The building which houses La Mirande dates back seven hundred years, in a variety of forms: once a cardinal’s palace, during Avignon’s 14th-century tenure as the seat of Papal power and headquarters of the Catholic church, and later a private nobleman’s townhouse, today it’s an exquisitely intimate 20-room hotel. The Rhone Valley is a favorite amongst wine cognoscenti, featuring popular varietals such as Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre. Throughout the week we will visit some of the most important and interesting wineries in the valley. After a full day of tasting and touring, we dive into local cuisine at both Michelin-rated restaurants as smaller owner-operators
showcasing the region.
Price per person is $10,000 which includes winery
visits, meals, and transfers during the day. Tock
will collect a $1000 deposit per person upfront;
remaining payments will be billed.
