San Sebastián is a legendary culinary capital renowned for its world-class fine dining and vibrant pintxo bar culture. It boasts one of the highest concentrations of Michelin stars per capita in the world, while its lively cobblestone streets offer legendary, budget-friendly tapas experiences. Each night we will host educational wine dinners and both Michelin star heavy weights and smaller local favorites. All dinners will include a wide range of wines from both Spain and international counterparts.

Perched on the hillside of Monte Igueldo, the 5-star Akelarre hotel in San Sebastián offers a luxurious, oceanfront sanctuary overlooking the Bay of Biscay. Known for its minimalist architecture, expansive views, and its attached 3-star Michelin restaurant, it is a premier destination for gastronomy, design, and relaxation.
Each night we will have wine dinners. We will focus on learning about benchmark wines from around the world. I will also host three educational wine classes during the daytime. They will be Master Classes on place of origin, wine making methods and market positions.
