Somm's Kitchen & Caliza Winery 4 Day Barolo, Italy Wine Trip- June 6th-June 10th
Join us for an educational journey to the medieval village of Alba. Throughout the 4 days we explore Barolo and Barbaresco. We will taste some of the most important wines from around the whole of the region. Caliza and Somm's Kitchen is thrilled to be partnering. Ian has worked, taught and visited the region for 15 years. His insight and relationships will be instrumental in creating a unique and educational journey.
Our base will be at the Hotel Giacomo Morra . Each night will feature a special wine dinner while the days will feature both onsite tastings as well as off site visits. Onsite comparative tastings will feature top Barolo and Barbaresco wines side-by-side with local greats. Offsite visits will complete the immersive wine experience by visiting both large houses as well as smaller producers that are some of my favorite.
