Somm's Kitchen & Zobeto Winery 4 Day Sicily Wine Trip- June 19th-22nd
Join us for an educational journey to Sicily. Throughout the 4 days we explore the coastal town of Taormina and the Etna Wine Region. We will taste some of the most important wines from around the whole of the region. Zobeto and Somm's Kitchen is thrilled to be partnering. Ian has worked, taught and visited the region for 15 years. His insight and relationships will be instrumental in creating a unique and educational journey.
Our base will be at the Villa Taormina . Each night will feature a special wine dinner while the days will feature both onsite tastings as well as off site visits. Onsite comparative tastings will feature top Sicilian wines side-by-side with regional greats. Offsite visits will complete the immersive wine experience by visiting both large houses as well as smaller producers that are some of Ian's favorite.
This is more than a wine trip. We will immerse ourselves into the region and culture. The visits are designed to gain a real understanding of family run wineries, restaurants, olive oil farms and more. Keeping with the spirit of Zobeto creating meaningful gatherings each day we will surround ourselves with artisans who are full of life and passion.
