Somm's Kitchen is thrilled to team up friends at Truss Winery, Kyle and Micah. Ian has worked, taught and visited the region for 15 years. His insight and relationships will be instrumental in creating a unique and educational journey. Throughout the week will visit and taste some of the smaller wineries in region. The goal is to really begin to understand the differences within the villages and quality levels of Champagne. Each day will be filled with education, wine visits, lunches and dinners. The goals of the trip are to understand quality levels, place of origin and winemaking methods. We are limiting the group to 14 guests.
