Gregory Gourdet is a three-time James Beard Foundation Award–winning chef, best-selling author, and two-time Bravo Top Chef finalist. He's best known for his award-winning cuisine and trendsetting role in the culinary boom of Portland, Oregon. His flagship live-fire dinner house, Kann, opened there in 2022, showcasing Haitian flavors alongside dishes inspired by the cuisines of the African and Caribbean diaspora. His latest restaurant, Maison Passarelle, opened in New York City in April of this year.
Alison Arth is a life & leadership coach dedicated to helping people who are over the overwhelm of leading in the hospitality profession. She works with leaders to craft clear visions for their lives and businesses so they can experience more of the good stuff inside and outside of work.
