Stratford Chefs School | End of Year Gala | Celebrating the Class of 2023
Thanks to supporters like you, Stratford Chefs School has made a difference in this community for 40 years! We invite you to celebrate this milestone with us on March 10, 2023 at The Bruce Hotel. As our venue partner, The Bruce Hotel will set the stage for an evening of wonderful food created by the SCS Chef Team and the graduating class of 2023, tasty beverages by Nickel 9 Distillery and Black Swan Brewery, along with fabulous silent and live auctions hosted by Shackleton's Auction Co.
The evening will include Cocktail & Canapé reception, 4 course dinner with wine pairings from Pearl Morissette Estate Winery, and live entertainment.
