Celebrate the art of gastronomy and our Class of 2025 at our Gala Dinner & Auction! An opulent celebration is in store at the historic Elora Mill Hotel & Spa on Sunday, March 9 in support of our beloved Stratford Chefs School. Help shape the future of culinary education!
We're thrilled to have the Elora Mill, a one-of-a-kind destination and one of Canada’s premiere Hotels, back again this year as our generous venue partner. The stunning venue will set the stage for an evening of wonderful food created by a culinary dream team comprised of the School's Chef Instructors, the graduating Class of 2025, and the talented Elora Mill staff.
The evening will include:
* Bubbly + Hors d’Oeuvres
* An exquisite multi-course Dinner with curated wines
* Exciting Silent + Live Auction of unique items and experiences. In person bids only!
DINNER MENU*:
Beetroot-Cured Salmon, with Baby Beets, Winter Radishes, Rye Crisps, and Horseradish Cream
Beef Striploin, with Potato en Croûte, BBQ Maiitake Mushroom, Tomato Aioli, and Mustard Jus
Roasted White Chocolate Panna Cotta, with Seville Orange, Olive Oil, and Marcona Almonds
Tickets $225 | Event begins at 5pm
Attire: Business elegant, black tie optional.
Return Coach transportation from Stratford to Elora available.
