Celebrate the art of gastronomy and our Class of 2026 at Stratford Chefs School's annual Gala Dinner & Auction! An opulent celebration is in store at the historic Elora Mill Hotel & Spa on Sunday, March 8, 2026. Show your support and help shape the future of Canada's culinary scene!
We're thrilled to have the Elora Mill, a one-of-a-kind destination and one of Canada’s premiere Hotels, back again this year as our generous venue partner. The stunning venue will set the stage for an evening of wonderful food created by a culinary dream team comprised of the School's Chef Instructors, the graduating Class of 2026, and the talented Elora Mill team.
The evening will include:
-Bubbly + Hors d’Oeuvres
-An exquisite three course Dinner* with curated wines
-Exciting Silent + Live Auction of unique items and experiences. In person bids only!
DINNER MENU:
Shiso-Cured Albacore Tuna
with Daikon, Kohlrabi, Snow Peas, Umeboshi Vinaigrette, and Grilled Cream
Beef Striploin
with Mushroom Vol-au-Vent, Squash, and Tasty Root Jus
Citrus Meringue
with Raspberries and Pistachio Custard
Tickets $250 each
Stratford Chefs School Alumni save $100 per ticket, for up to 6 Gala tickets total.
Event begins at 5pm
Attire: Business elegant, black tie optional. Gowns and Tuxes encouraged!

Limited overnight accommodation available at the luxurious Elora Mill at special reduced rates, or you may book return Coach transportation from Stratford to Elora.
