Your Superior Sauna Guide Carly, is a leader in redesigning the wellness landscape towards radical self-love and greater accessibility. Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive environment to receive the rejuvenating benefits of thermic bathing, while embracing the strength and power of community.
Prepare to Bring:
- A towel for sauna use and one for drying
- A robe and slide-on shoes for in between rounds
- A swimsuit or comfortable attire for sweating in the sauna. We recommend natural fibers like wool and non-synthetic blends, which breathe better in the heat alongside you.
