Join us for Sauna Sounds, a 90-minute guided sauna journey offered weekly on Wednesdays evenings at The Yard Sauna and led by Vibrational Sound Healer Eden Embodied.
Each session weaves together sound therapy, breath-work, and intentional sauna bathing to support tension release, nervous system regulation, and a deeply grounding reset. Through guided rounds of heat and rest, you’ll be invited to slow your breath, soften your body, and settle into a more present, embodied state.
Eden brings a somatic, frequency-focused approach to sound healing, layering harmonic instruments with intuitive guidance to cultivate deep relaxation, emotional clarity, and energetic balance. The experience is both restorative and immersive, designed to help you reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.
Between sauna rounds, cool down outdoors or gather fireside and enjoy light refreshments from the hydration bar. These cooling intervals are an essential part of the ritual, allowing your body to integrate the heat and recalibrate before returning to the bench.
Sauna Water and additional hydration options are available for purchase, along with sauna hats, towels, and thoughtfully curated sauna products offered by your Sauna Host.

Prepare to Bring:
- A towel for sauna use and one for drying
- A robe and slide-on shoes for going in between rounds.
- A swimsuit or comfortable attire for sweating in the sauna. We recommend natural fibers like wool and non-synthetic blends, which breathe better in the heat alongside you.
