The Great Northern Sauna Village | Intensive Sauna Guide Training
Join three internationally trained sauna masters for an immersive, hands-on Sauna Guide Training Intensive during The Great Northern Sauna Village 2026. Designed for mobile sauna owners, aspiring guides, and experienced practitioners, this three-day program deepens both the technical and embodied aspects of modern sauna culture.
This training elevates Aufguss and guided sauna experiences through a unified approach blending science, somatics, ritual, and tradition. Participants refine safety-first practices, expand creative expression, and cultivate grounded presence while working directly with heat, steam, breath, and rhythm.
Your Guides:
Nate Daubert, founder of SaunaMeister.com and the first American fully certified as a Sauna-Meister by the Deutsche Sauna Akademie, brings rigorous technical mastery informed by research and visits to over 100 bathhouses across three continents.
Alycia Wong, Denver’s first Sauna Master and founder of The Way Hōm (@youaretheway_), contributes an internationally trained background in breath-work, contrast therapy, and somatic disciplines, supporting intentional and embodied sauna leadership.
Grace Edmunds is a UK-trained Sauna Master and Finnish-trained Sauna Healer, and owner of Northern Kin Sauna (@northernkinsauna). Her work weaves Aufguss, Saunotus healing, and nature-centered ritual, grounded in over a decade of mindfulness teaching and retreat leadership.
