Gentlemen’s Night invites guests into a focused hour of heat, ritual, and camaraderie, designed to wind down the evening through shared experience and grounded presence.
From 9:00–10:00pm, the Sauna Village becomes a space for restoration, breath, and intentional connection for men, blending traditional sauna practices with guided moments of release and reflection.
Includes experiences throughout the Sauna Village (9–10pm):
• Venik sampler sessions
• @drinksaunawater flights and hot tea samplers
• Guided breathwork & movement
• Aufguss experiences throughout the Village
What to bring:
Please bring a towel, sandals or slip‑on footwear, and a robe or warm layers for moving between sauna and outdoor spaces. A clearly marked water bottle is encouraged. Bathing suits are required. Arriving with your suit on under layers is recommended.
Additional notes:
* Aufguss sessions involve elevated heat and humidity. Guests are encouraged to listen to their bodies and step out at any time, and to cool down, rest and hydrate between sessions. Please avoid heavy alcohol consumption prior to arrival.
* Sauna participants must be 13+ years of age at the time of their sauna experience. Attendees under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Parents are welcome to bring children ages 5-13 during our Family Day Steam Sessions programming. **This session is designed for those who identify as men.**
* Snow angels and cold exposure methods will be weather dependent. If above freezing temperatures, cold water buckets and rinsing stations will be available.
