Join us for a dedicated BIPOC community evening off sauna at The Great Northern Sauna Village. This special session is reserved for People of Color to gather in warmth, rest, shared culture and sauna rituals.
Guests are invited to move through multiple sauna rounds, with ample time to cool down, hydrate, and rest between sessions while enjoying full access to the Sauna Village.
Your session includes:
• Live DJ Set
• Guided sauna rounds of sound bowls, meditation, breath-work and stretching
• Essential oil aromatic and snowballs
• Rest and cooling periods between rounds
• Access to all Sauna Village amenities

What to bring:
Please bring a towel, sandals or slip‑on footwear, and a robe or warm layers for moving between sauna and outdoor spaces. A clearly marked water bottle is encouraged. Bathing suits are required. Arriving with your suit on under layers is recommended, and a winter hat to protect your hair. (Sauna hats and hair/body oils available for purchase on site).
Additional notes:
* Sauna participants must be 13+ years of age at the time of their sauna experience. Attendees under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Parents are welcome to bring children ages 5-13 during our Family Day Steam Sessions programming.
* Snow angels and cold exposure methods will be weather dependent. If above freezing temperatures, cold water buckets and rinsing stations will be available.
