The Steam Sisters will guide you through a sensory sauna ritual inspired by nature, cleansing and nourishing you into rejuvenation.
Immerse yourself in a cleansing and nourishing sauna ritual inspired by nature. Your 25 minute, one-on-one session combines the gentle brush of branches, mineral-rich salts, and fragrant botanicals to restore balance and vitality. Guided by Baltic traditions, the warmth of steam opens the body, while natural elements soothe the senses and invite deep rest. This is a sensory journey - an opportunity to release stress, replenish energy, and reconnect with yourself. Leave refreshed, rejuvenated, and embraced by the quiet strength of nature.
After your one and one session, you will have an additional 30 minutes with full access to all of the sauna and cold exposure options throughout the Sauna Village.
Look for special signage upon arrival to direct you to The Forest Floor sauna, as you will not need to wait in line for standard "open steam" guests to get checked in.
What to bring:
Please bring a towel, sandals or slip‑on footwear, and a robe or warm layers for moving between sauna and outdoor spaces. A clearly marked water bottle is encouraged. Bathing suits are required. Arriving with your suit on under layers is recommended. Changing rooms and lockers with locks (included in price) are available on site.
Additional notes:
* On average, a person may lose up to 16 ounces of water during a one‑hour sauna session. Please avoid alcohol consumption prior to arrival.
* Sauna participants must be 13+ years of age at the time of their sauna experience. Attendees under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult. *
* Snow angels and cold exposure methods will be weather dependent. If above freezing temperatures, cold water buckets and rinsing stations will be available.
