Sunday slow down flow with Amanda Gans of Mudita Yoga, this all-levels gentle yoga flow focuses on releasing tension, improving mobility, and calming the nervous system so you can move into Monday feeling more centered and at ease.
Please bring your own yoga mat + a water bottle! If you'd like to sauna after class, bring a swimsuit + towel. Saunas are available for use for up to 2 hours post class.
Amanda is a Twin Cities-based yoga instructor certified in Vinyasa, Restorative, and Prenatal Yoga. Her classes blend mindful movement, breath, and community to create space for both recovery and connection. Expect to move gently, breathe deeply, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and refreshed for the week ahead.
