[Cancellation Policy]
Kindly note that cancellations should be made at least 48 hours in advance of your reservation on TOCK. In the case of no-shows or late cancellations, the full reservation amount + 5% Handling Fee will be charged. While we strive to accommodate all requests, rescheduling may be limited due to standard accommodation limits, and charges may apply if rescheduling is not possible.
*Phone or Email cancellations will not be honored. Guests can cancel anytime through Tock if it is within the cancellation policy. We have a cancellation policy in place for such purposes; calling us about it will not help your case.
*Please be aware that we may not be able to respond to any message or email after 12:00 Noon.
[Cut Off Time]
The reservation cut-off time is set at 2pm on the same day, and any reservation, rescheduling, or modification may not be respected.
[No-Show Policy]
There's a grace period of 30 min however, the reservation will be considered a "No-Show" cancellation after 30 min. Please be on time.
[No Substitute Policy]
We are an Edomae-style sushi restaurant that serves many silver fish such as Aji (Horse Mackerel), Saba (Japanese Mackerel), Iwashi (Sardine), and Kohada(Gizzard Shad). Also, Ebi (Shrimp), Hotate (Scallops), and Kaki (Oyster) are often served. We strongly recommend you reconsider making a reservation if you do not like any of these items, OR you may skip the item that we can not substitute for a different item.
[Gluten & Soy Allergies]
We regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate gluten and soy allergies. Please be aware that most of our dishes contain gluten and are commonly paired with soy products.
[Vegan & Vegetarian]
Vegans/vegetarians are not accommodated.
[Raw]
We are not able to accommodate any guests who are not eligible to consume raw seafood.
[Use of cellphones]
We kindly request that guests refrain from watching videos, making video calls, or using digital devices during their meal, as these activities may disturb other guests. Please be advised that we may ask guests who do not comply after receiving a warning to leave the premises. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

For those who wish to bring their bottle of wine or Sake, our corkage fees are as follows:
