We will take a deep dive into “merroir,” the concept that oysters of the same species grow, and taste different from each other, depending on where they are raised.
This classroom-style educational event will feature a tasting of oysters from three locations paired with 3 different Dodon wines, presented by the steady handed ladyshuckers of Galatea. Stay after class for a picnic and enjoy more Dodon wines and oysters.
