Darren Delmore of Tablas Creek in Paso Robles will lead a blending session, showing us how Tablas Creek achieves the balance and complexity their blends are known for. Using single varietal wines, attendees will come up with their own blends, learning how the sum of a wine can be greater than its parts.

Darren is the National Sales Manager at Tablas Creek as well as the winemaker for his eponymous label, Delmore. He's been a friend of Trelio Food & Wine for many years and we're excited to have him back for a unique experience!
