Us Up North Kitchen

The Us Up North Kitchen is not your typical restaurant. It is designed to be the hub for celebrating North Louisiana Cuisine. This will include pop-ups, cooking classes, culinary experiences and Us Up North retail products. Chef Hardette Harris created the official meal of North Louisiana, only the second official meal in the United States. It was passed during the 2015 Louisiana Legislative session and passed with 33 yeas and 0 nays.
