Celebrate Festival de Puebla at Valle with an extraordinary one-night culinary collaboration honoring one of Mexico’s most iconic regions. On Friday, April 17th, Chef Roberto Alcocer welcomes longtime friend Chef Daniel Romero for a special guest chef tasting experience.
Rooted in the rich traditions of Puebla, Chef Romero’s cuisine blends heritage and innovation, bringing the vibrant flavors and culinary history of his homeland to Valle for a thoughtfully composed multi-course tasting menu. Each course reflects the depth, complexity and spirit of Puebla’s celebrated gastronomy.
We are also proud to feature the work of Gennaro García, whose art will be showcased throughout the evening. Known for his collaboration with Uriarte Talavera in Puebla, he works with centuries-old ceramic techniques, bridging heritage and contemporary expression.
Guests may further elevate the evening with an optional pairing experience featuring Tequila Reserva de la Familia, curated to complement the menu and enhance each course.
