Throughout this series, we are partnering with food producers and chefs from various backgrounds and influences to showcase their unique culinary and beverage achievements. For our third annual Supper Series, we are highlighting local and regional foodways and food producers, the people on the ground who bring food to the table. June invites Polyface Farms to Veritas, where we welcome Daniel Salatin to share his family's story of how they restored and revitalized their family farm through innovation and bio-friendly practices. The farm produces pork, beef, chicken, turkey, egg, dairy, and more. Learn how they're healing the land one bite at a time by joining us on June 13th.

Is the event 21+? Yes. This is an adults-only affair.
What will there be to drink? Each course will be accompanied by wine pairings that are included in your event ticket. Soft drinks and water will also be available and are included in the ticket price.
How will you be handling food allergies and dietary restrictions?
Supper Series Chefs will be presenting a set menu, and substitutions will be limited.Menu coming soon.
Dietary allergies and restrictions are due 72 hours to Veritas Staff. Veritas can accommodate most restrictions: milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame. If you have any changes or concerns, please email us at contact@veritaswines.com
Will there be seating? Yes, but not assigned seating.
What about the weather? Supper Series events will be held rain or shine.
