Join us around the table for an intimate evening with Long Shadows Vintners, celebrating Washington wine, beautiful food, and the particular magic of a meal shared with people you may not have known when you walked through the door.
Chef Jonathan Garcia has created a five-course menu specifically for the evening, with each course thoughtfully paired with a Long Shadows wine. Expect a menu that feels distinctly late summer: generous, layered, seasonal, and built to let both the food and the wine have their moment.
This is a communal dinner, with guests seated together for one shared experience rather than at separate reservation tables. Members of the Long Shadows team will join us throughout the evening to introduce the wines, share the stories behind them, and offer insight into the winemaking and vineyards. Chef Jonathan will guide guests through the food and the thinking behind each pairing.
