Appetizer
Paired with: 2014 Grenache

- Warm Baby Kale Salad with Raisin Vinaigrette
Baby kale, toasted pecans, and prunes tossed in a warm raisin vinaigrette.
Main Dish
Paired with: 2014 Petit Verdot
- Sous Vide Beef Short Rib with Blackberry Gastrique and Herb Gremolata
Tender short ribs, bold blackberry gastrique, and a gremolata of parsley, garlic, and orange zest.
Cheese Course
Paired with: 2014 El Loco Rojo Red Wine
- Savory Apricot and Brie Bread Pudding with Spiced Cedar Honey Drizzle
Warm bread pudding with dried apricots, creamy Brie, and a smoke infused spiced honey
Dessert
Paired with: 2014 Zinfandel Big Wood
- Plum Pavlova with Lavender Cream and Sugar Snow Globe
A crisp meringue pavlova topped with spiced plum syrup, lavender-infused whipped cream, and encased in a sugar dome to make it look like a Snow Globe topped with powdered sugar
The Library wines will also be available to purchase after dinner, and Club Member discounts will apply.
This festive meal begins with an appetizer reception at 6 pm in the Wood Family Tasting Room. Club Members and their guests pay $150 per dinner reservation. Non-members are $180 per reservation.
