Avery Edinburgh is Chef Rodney Wages' translation of his Michelin-starred Avery Restaurant which recently moved from San Francisco to Edinburgh.
Having newly opened in 2024, Avery brings a unique perspective and technique from San Francisco to Scotland while celebrating the bounty of Scottish produce, meat, and seafood.
Rodney won his first Michelin star for the restaurant in 2021 in San Francisco and is now delighted to call Edinburgh home.
