Dassai Blue, located in Hyde Park, is the new state-of-the-art sake brewery from the prestigious Japanese sake brand Dassai. Come take a tour of the brewery and learn about sake making. You will get a behind-the-scenes look into the process from the Koji room to the fermentation tanks. The tour is followed by a tasting of Dassai Blue 50, a Junmai Daiginjo-only sake, the highest level of premium sake. A cheese & meats plate will also be included with the tasting.
