Dassai Blue, located in Hyde Park, is the state-of-the-art sake brewery from the prestigious Japanese sake brand Dassai. Come take a tour of the brewery and learn about sake making - from the Koji room to the fermentation tanks. The tour is followed by a tasting of Dassai Blue sake, a Junmai Daiginjo-only sake, the highest level of premium sake with add-on food options.
