esmero is a limited-run residency in the original Charlie Trotter's space led by Chef Adair Canacasco in exploration of his Mexican identity, family memory, and craftsmanship. Translating to “great care and dedication”, esmero embodies the meticulous care and intention present in every dish and detail.
For the final month of the residency in November we will be honoring the legacy of Charlie Trotter by offering a limited-run Trotter's Tribute menu to close our residency in this historic space.
