Smoke Sessions Series with Chef Jup, volume 2 with guest Chef D'Andre Carter of Soul & Smoke, named one of Chicago's best BBQ by the Chicago Tribune & Don Papa Rum, Sugarlandia, a smokey, Caribbean themed event. $59/person (before tax/gratuity) includes Banana wrapped Smoked Goat Leg with mango, scotch bonnet relish, Wood Smoked, Bacon Wrapped Gator Loin with Green Papaya Slaw and Hickory Smoked Ham Ribs with Grilled Pineapple, Sweet Potato Mash, Basil, by Chef D'Andre plus (4) Don Papa Rum cocktails. Dishes will be featured on the dinner menu all month long and 10% of ticket sales will go to the charity of the guest Chef's choice. This month, proceeds will go to the Charlie Trotter Project.
